The first collaborative work represents the emotion, ‘Overwhelmed’. When I built the storyline for this animation, I thought why can’t emotions be symbolic?. For me, whenever I get overwhelmed the chair in my room starts piling clothes, until it’s a huge pile. Therefore I tried to represent my overwhelmed feeling through an animation, where the chair in my room keeps piling clothes until it’s a heap. It is also digital mixed media to an extent as I tried to keep the photo of my room as the background, showing the parallels between something that usually occurs (the piling of clothes) and the moment captured in the photo (the chair was empty).
